Baby ballet

Using movements and exercises to develop musicality and a basic knowledge of ballet. For ages three and a half to five. The emphasis is fun but structured.

Primary ballet

Ballet exercises, mimes and dances. An examination may be taken once the required standard is reached. For ages 6 – 9.
Grade I to Vocational Grades

Intermediate and Seniors

For older pupils who have progressed through the previous grades. For ages 9 and above. Examinations.

Modern, Street Dance

From age 6. Modern and jazz dance for juniors, intermediates and seniors ending the class with jazz routines.

The ISTD grade 4 examination is now a level 2 qualification (as is GCSE) and grade 6 a level 3 qualification (as A-Level). These qualifications are useful to put on university UCAS forms.
